03 / Research horizon

Networks that understand
before they transmit.

PantherNX is the company's long-term research direction for context-aware communication architecture. BitFox is conceived as its safety and decision protocol.

Research direction

PantherNX and BitFox are not represented as a currently deployed public network. They define an engineering and intellectual-property horizon for future research, prototypes and partnerships.

Packets carry data. Systems need context.

Modern communication stacks are effective at moving information, but decisions about permission, purpose, provenance, ownership and risk are often made in isolated applications after transmission has already begun.

PantherNX explores what happens when shared intelligence can coordinate decisions across the stack. BitFox is the proposed context-aware layer that evaluates identity, consent, network conditions, policy and application requirements before or during transmission.

A safety layer across the stack.

01

Context engine

Interpret the purpose, ownership, sensitivity and policy surrounding a transmission.

02

Consent registry

Record permissions, delegations and revocations in an auditable, interoperable form.

03

Cross-layer orchestration

Coordinate routing, latency, resilience, priority and access decisions across network layers.

04

Origin & provenance

Attach verifiable origin, content credentials and evidence trails to digital material.

05

Adaptive security

Use risk, threat intelligence and anomaly signals to change network behaviour in real time.

06

Edge + cloud

Support software overlays, distributed services and integrated hardware-software deployments.

Research before infrastructure.

01

Specifications

Define threat models, context schemas, protocol boundaries and measurable safety goals.

02

Simulation

Test decisions, failure modes and cross-layer behaviour in controlled environments.

03

Prototype overlays

Build software layers that can operate on existing networks before considering deeper integration.

04

Pilots & standards

Work with research bodies, operators and institutions on scoped, reviewable deployments.

Context deserves
its own layer.
